  • Elecampane root extract(Inula helenium): Hildegard von Bingen already appreciated the power of the elecampane root. It is particularly rich in inulin and is therefore associated in many cultures with a supporting function of the gastrointestinal tract. Due to its many valuable plant substances (including phenolic acids, terpenes, flavonoids and essential oils) it is also said to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Jalap root extract(Ipomoea purga): Jalaperoot is primarily native to southern Mexico, where it is traditionally used to improve gastrointestinal health.
